COLLECTION POLICY
A reminder letter will be sent out on day 45 for past due accounts.
Late fees apply to all unpaid amounts once they are over 60 days and if they remain unpaid beyond 60 days the total amount is automatically sent to collections after the 67th day with no further request for payment.
Please be advised that if your account is sent to collections, you are responsible for any/all additional charges that may be necessary to collect the amount owing and if the amount remains unpaid a lien will be placed against your property until payment is received.
